How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your location in South Africa. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free delivery is available on orders over R1000. Wholesale orders may incur separate shipping charges.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return flavour concentrates or DIY supplies?
Due to health, safety and quality control requirements, flavour concentrates, DIY supplies and liquids generally cannot be returned once they have left our controlled environment.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your order immediately and notify us within 5 working days if any items are damaged or incorrect.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Do not open the product. Contact us immediately so we can assist with the replacement process.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. A 10% administration fee may apply.
