Refund policy
Unfortunately Concentrates, DIY Supplies, Concentrates, Liquids, Spices cannot be returned or refunded as it is removed from a controlled environment, please email us regarding any issues.
Cancellation of orders will attract a 10% administration fee
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller after receiving prior confirmation by the Seller via e-mail to return the goods.
Transport of returns remain the responsibility of the Buyer. Goods can be opened, inspected and tested before shipping on your behalf if you request it.
If an item is found defective and it is still within the manufacturer warranty 60 day, period the item will either be repaired or replaced. If a item or part is not available at the time it will have to be ordered from the supplier overseas.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package and a copy of the proof of purchase should accompany the item.
Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product.
Should any hardware, be returned within the 60 day warranty, fount to be faulty and there is not replacement product, refunds will be processed within 30 days
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 5 working days of delivery confirming via email if the Goods are damaged. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. Contact us immediately.
If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods in good condition.

With all purchases we provide 5 day policy where if the product is at fault we will troubleshoot and if that fails exchange the product. Please be certain of your purchase as there are no refunds on products sold.
Every effort is made to ensure that your product arrives in 100% working order, we reserve the right to open any product to test it from time to time to ensure it is in working order.
