Taro is inspired by the starchy root vegetable Colocasia esculenta, widely used in Asian and Pacific Island cuisine. This flavour delivers a soft, creamy profile with delicate vanilla undertones, light toasted nut nuances, subtle cereal tones, and a smooth cream base. A very gentle earthy background rounds it out, creating a comforting and mildly sweet dessert-style profile.
